Our Medium Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a very high quality product, obtained solely from our FS17 cultivar olive groves, a variety also known by the name " la favolosa ". The olive groves are in Trani in an area where the proximity to the sea, the mild climate in every season and the particularly fertile soil allow us to obtain very high quality raw materials that arrive directly on the final consumer's table. The oil we obtain is rich in volatile substances, "perfumes" with herbaceous hints of freshly cut lawn, pleasant fruity flavour, artichoke aftertaste and with an immediate confirmation of the richness of polyphenols.
